How do I order and pay for an eCover design?

Select the product you would like to order by clicking on its button and fill out your details. We accept payments by Paypal.

After your payment is sent you will be forwarded to another page which will give you a link to our form that will allow you to provide us with the necessary details to fulfill your design requirements.

What if I need my eCover design by a specific date?

You can send an email using our contact form before placing your order. Tell me a little about the cover you would like and the date you need it by. I will gladly let you know if I can fulfill your order within your time requirements.

What if I want a different look or view that you do not show on your web site?

Send an email to us using our contact form and let me know what you would like. In most cases I can create your eCover to fit your specifications.

What size will my eCover designs be?

Sizes will vary depending on the design. The average widths that I deliver are between 200 - 350 pixels.

How will my custom eCover design be delivered to me?

The finished images are sent by a zipped email attachment.

Do you use royalty free images in your design?

Yes. All the images that are used in designs are purchased legally and are royalty free. You will own all rights to use the design, but not the individual images that are used to create the eCover. The eCover design may not be disassembled and used apart from the complete design.
If you would like to use any of the royalty free photos that are used to create your eCover(s) in any other marketing materials, web sites, etc. you will need to purchase rights to the image(s). I will gladly give you the information so you can purchase the photo for your own needs.

What if I don’t like my design?

If your not satisfied with your design I offer 2 free revisions, after the free revisions you will have to pay additional revision fees in the amount of $15.00 per revision.

How long does it take before I receive my eCover design?

You will receive a first draft to review within 2 - 5 days after we have received your design requirements.

How many revisions am I allowed?

We offer 2 free revisions after that you will have to pay additional revision fees in the amount of $15.00 per revision. To avoid additional charges, please explain in great detail what you need.

What file format will my eCover design be delivered in?

Your design will be delivered in either JPEG or GIF format depending on which format gives the best quality possible and quickest download time.

Can I get the original .PSD files?

If your design is totally unique and no stock images have been used, then you may request a flat .psd. Otherwise, due to copyright and licensing restrictions I am unable to provide original .psd files due to the risk of possible redistribution.

Do you offer refunds?

A lot of time and labor is put into your design, so I’m unable to offer refunds on finished works.
